O mandarina are in medie 50 de calorii, aceasta contine 13 grame de carbohidrati,9 grame de zahar,2 grame de fibra si 1 gram de proteina. O mandarina este considerata o gustare sanatoasa deoarece este slab calorica si scazuta in grasimi. NU CONTINE colesterol si sodium. O singura mandarina contine 45% din necesarul zilnic de vitamina C, 6 % din vitamina A si 4 % din necesarul de calciu.
