Ambele optiuni sunt sanatoase si bogate in substante nutritive. Ambele au punctele lor forte ce se deosebesc intre ele.
Laptele de soia intr-o portie de 250 ml contine:
Calorii: 70-130
Grasimi: 3.5 grame
Colesterol: 0 mg
Sodiu: 120 mg
Carbohidrati: 19 grame
Proteine: 6 grame

Lapte integral intr-o portie de 250 ml contine:
Calorii: 150-180
Grasimi: 8 grame
Colesterol: 35 mg
Sodiu: 120 mg
Carbohidrati: 12 grame
Proteine: 8 grame
