Daca nu stii inca, un antrenament de dimineata este cel mai bun stimul pentru organism. Te va trezi la realitate si iti va oferi energie pentru intreaga zi. Astazi postez un clip cu un antrenament pentru abdomen foarte solicitant pe care nu il recomand incepatorilor.
